The Black Stars have arrived in Morocco forward of Monday’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier in opposition to Madagascar.
Ghana’s contingent arrived on the Acharif Alidrissi Airport in Al Hoceima at 16:16 on Saturday afternoon, after a six hour flight from Accra. Chairman of the Black Stars Administration Committee, Dr. Randy Abbey, and Vice Chairman Stephen Appiah led Ghana’s contingent for the journey.
The crew may have one full coaching session; the obligatory session on the Stade Mimoun Al Arsi in Al Hoceima on Sunday.
Ghana are high of Group I with 12 factors following Friday night time’s resounding 5-0 victory over Chad in Accra. The four-time African champions are three factors away from second positioned Comorros, and will achieve additional floor with win on Monday.
