    ‘No breach, no loss’ – Ghana Link confirms data safety after system interruption

    Ghana Hyperlink Community Providers Ltd., operators of the Built-in Customs Administration System (ICUMS), has assured the general public and stakeholders within the delivery, logistics, and transport sectors that no knowledge was misplaced throughout the non permanent system interruption on October 23, 2024.

    In response to issues raised by The Transport Discussion board Ghana LBG, Ghana Hyperlink clarified that the temporary disruption was a part of a scheduled system optimization geared toward enhancing efficiency and knowledge safety, not a system failure or deliberate shutdown.

    “We emphasise that the October 23 occasion was a deliberate IIupgrade of our storage infrastructure to enhance effectivity and safety,” the corporate said.

    “The system was totally restored inside a brief interval, and operations resumed as anticipated.”

    Reassuring customers about knowledge integrity, Ghana Hyperlink confirmed that each one hooked up paperwork and historic information from 2020 to 2024 stay safe and accessible.
