    Stanbic Bank holds close-out ceremony for maiden STEM Graduate Trainee Programme

    Stanbic Financial institution Ghana has marked the profitable completion of a two-year graduate trainee programme with a ceremony in honour of 10 excellent trainees.

    The programme, which targeted on younger graduates with Science, Know-how, Engineering, and Arithmetic (STEM) backgrounds, is to organize these younger professionals to navigate the calls for of an more and more digital world whereas fostering their private {and professional} development. 

    Addressing the graduates on the occasion, Akorfa Takal, Head of Studying at Stanbic Financial institution Ghana, emphasised the significance of perseverance and steady studying.

    Reflecting on his development, Reginald Nyarko expressed gratitude for the journey.

    He indicated that the programme has given him the instruments to face the world confidently.

    One other member of the cohort, Sandra Nyampong, shared her delight within the private growth the programme facilitated.
