Prudential Financial institution has donated a cheque of GH¢83,200.00 to the Kumasi Technical College (KsTU) for the procurement and set up of eight fashionable overhead projectors for his or her lecture theatres. The donation, made on the establishment’s campus in Kumasi, was a response to a name for help by the College to safe the objects to facilitate efficient educating and studying on the College.
Presenting the cheque to the College, the Financial institution’s Space Supervisor for the Northern Sector, Mr. Jalaludeen Emran Adam stated the Financial institution made the donation to advertise the modernization of the lecture halls and shares the College’s dedication to advertise tutorial excellence and technological development.
“We’re delighted to make this donation to you. A key pillar in our Company Social Duty drive is to advertise high quality training in Ghana in fulfilment of the UN Sustainable Growth Targets (SDGs) particularly SBG 4. We imagine the procurement and set up of those tools will go an extended technique to facilitate efficient educating and studying on campus,” he stated.
Receiving the cheque on behalf of the College, the Registrar, Ebenezer Kofi Boakye indicated that the benevolence of the Financial institution will considerably enhance the standard of educating and studying within the College. “We’re most grateful for this present of help out of your Financial institution. It has at all times been a part of our plans to equip our lecture theatres with such state-of-the-art tools. To we’re realizing this dream with this donation. It will actually equip our lecture theatres and immensely facilitate tutorial work on our campus,” he stated.
The Space Supervisor of PBL was accompanied for the presentation by Boakye Osei-Asibe, Head, Northern Zone Business Centre; Naomi Adjei-Twum, Snr., Relationship Supervisor, Northern Zone Business Middle; Samuel Afranie, Department Supervisor, Afful Nkwanta Department in Kumasi; and Ewurama Frimpomaa Danso, Business Relationship Officer, Afful Nkwanta Department.
The College was additionally represented, along with the Registrar, by the Director of Finance, Isaac Owusu-Ansah; the Director of Inside Audit Asare-Baffour Frimpong; and Ms. Joyce Adu, the VC’s secretary.
