    GMA CEO honoured at SHIMEI

     The Chief Government Officer of International Media Alliance Group (GMA), Ernest Boateng, has been honoured with the celebrated “CEO of the 12 months” award on the inaugural SHIMEI Star Influen­tial Awards.

    The award is in recognition of Ernest Boateng’s exemplary management and contributions to advancing gender equality in Ghana’s media and communica­tions trade.

    The ceremony, which came about as a part of the ‘Embody Her’ Convention, is in keeping with this 12 months’s Worldwide Wom­en’s Day celebrations.

    Underneath Mr Boateng’s vi­sionary management, GMA has persistently demonstrated a dedication to gender inclusiv­ity, notably by the strategic appointment of girls to key management positions.

    His administration has been marked by deliberate efforts to amplify ladies’s voices inside the broadcasting trade, professional­viding alternatives for feminine skills to entrance outstanding radio exhibits in areas, historically dominated by males.
