    E-Levy charges to be refunded by April 7 – EMIs Chamber assures public

    The Digital Cash Issuers (EMIs) Chamber of Ghana says all E-Levy costs made on cell cash and different digital transfers from April 2, 2025, will probably be refunded by April 7.

    The Chamber represents the physique for all Devoted Digital Cash Issuers (DEMIs) together with AT Cash, G-Cash, Cellular Cash Restricted, Telecel Money, and Zeepay.

    This follows a directive from the Ghana Income Authority (GRA), issued on April 2, 2025, instructing all charging entities to stop making use of the E-Levy consistent with the federal government’s resolution to abolish it below the Digital Switch Levy (Repeal) Act, 2025 (Act 1128).
