    President Nominates Seven Appeal Court Justices to Ghana’s Supreme Court

    President Nominates Seven Enchantment Courtroom Justices to Ghana’s Supreme Courtroom

    President John Dramani Mahama has nominated seven Justices of the Courtroom of Enchantment for consideration and potential elevation to the Supreme Courtroom of Ghana, in accordance with Article 144(2) of the 1992 Structure.

    In a proper communication addressed to the Appearing Chief Justice and the Judicial Council, the President expressed confidence within the nominees and urged the Council to expedite their consideration.

    The justices nominated are Justice Sir Dennis Dominic Adjei, Justice Gbiel Simon Suurbaareh, Justice Senyo Dzamefe,  and Justice Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo.

    The others are Justice Philip Vibrant Mensah, Justice Janapare Bartels-Kodwo and Justice Hafisata Amaleboba.

    The press launch asserting their nomination additionally hooked up their Curricula Vitae for the consideration of the Council of State, stating “I belief that the Council will expedite motion on their issues.”
