Coach Murray and Djokovic half methods forward of French Open
Andy Murray will now not be working as Novak Djokovic’s coach.
The choice, stated to be by mutual settlement, means Murray won’t be by Djokovic’s facet when he chases an eighth Wimbledon title in July.
Djokovic, a 24-time Grand Slam champion, joined forces with Murray in November.
Beneath Murray, the Serb reached the semi-finals of the Australian Open, finally retiring injured after dropping the primary set.
The 37-year-old has had a troublesome season by his excessive requirements, dropping his first match in 4 of his previous 5 tournaments, in addition to being overwhelmed within the Miami Open last by 19-year-old Jakub Mensik.
