    Gatsi, Kwakye, 2 others appointed as advisors to BoG Governor

    Prof. John Gatsi (L) Dr. John Kwakye (R)

    Economist Dr. John Gasti and Director on the Institute of Financial Affairs Dr. John Kwakye have been appointed as Advisors to the Governor of the Financial institution of Ghana Dr. Johnson Asiama.

    Additionally appointed are Franklin Belyne, former Head of the Banking Supervision of the Financial institution of Ghana and Francis Kumah, former Ghana consultant on the Worldwide Financial Fund.

    Gloria Quartey, former Head of Human Sources Division of the financial institution has additionally been maintained as an advisor to the Governor.

    They’re to assist the Governor to make coverage selections for the central financial institution.

    Governor Dr. Johnson Asiama gave particulars of those appointments on the Opening of the Financial Coverage Committee Assembly Wednesday.

    Talking on the Financial Coverage Committee Assembly, the Governor famous that Professor John Gasti will assist in the realm of Non-Curiosity Banking on the Financial institution of Ghana.

    Dr. Francis Kumah the Governor famous that “will convey his expertise from his working on the IMF to assist the Financial institution of Ghana.
