    Affiliate Professor on the College of Legislation, College of Ghana, Prof. Kwadwo Appiagyei-Atua, has expressed concern over the politicisation of the impeachment course of involving Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo.

    He warned that the developments surrounding the petition for her removing danger damaging public confidence within the judiciary.

    Talking on JoyNews’ Newsfile programme on Saturday, twenty fourth Might, Prof. Appiagyei-Atua famous that the judicial course of, which is supposed to be neutral and constitutionally guided, has been overshadowed by political manoeuvring.
