    New CMC MD pledges innovation, inclusion and staff welfare

    The newly appointed Managing Director of the Cocoa Advertising Firm (CMC), Dr Knowledge Kofi Dogbey, has pledged to champion innovation, inclusivity, and improved employees welfare as key pillars of his management.

    Talking at a employees durbar held in Tema to formally introduce himself, Dr Dogbey expressed his gratitude to President John Dramani Mahama, Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, and CMC’s management for the belief positioned in him.

    Describing CMC as a “revered chief within the cocoa trade,” Dr Dogbey underscored the corporate’s pivotal function in Ghana’s financial restoration and long-term progress. He outlined his imaginative and prescient to remodel CMC into a world chief in cocoa advertising, constructed on a basis of high quality, sustainability, and stakeholder empowerment.

    “We’re all a part of one staff. Everybody issues. Everybody contributes. And everybody should really feel valued,” he acknowledged, encouraging a cultural shift in the best way employees are perceived.
