The Administration of the College of Schooling, Winneba (UEW), had recommended police for the swift response in apprehending one of many suspects within the homicide of Prof. Koku Mawuadem Amedeker, a lecturer on the College.
An announcement signed by the registrar defined that the University welcomes the reassurance by that police in apprehending and prosecution of all these concerned on this heinous act.
The Ghana Police Service, it pressured, had since commenced full-scale investigations into the
incident and one suspect has alprepared been arrested in reference to the crime.
“We name on the general public to assist the continuing investigations by offering any related data which will support in apprehending the perpetrators” it talked about.
The assertion additional indicated that, “Prof. Amedeker was discovered murdered in a suspected theft incident at his personal residence in Gyahadzi, a suburb of the Efutu Municipality within the Central Area of Ghana.”
