    Livestock dealers record low sales amid Eid-ul-Adha

    A market survey performed by The Ghanaian Occasions on Tuesday on the Kwame Nkrumah Inter­change revealed that an aver­age-sized ram now sells between GH¢2,000 and GH2, 500, whereas

     bigger well-groomed breeds are fetching between GH¢5,000 and GH¢8,000 respectively, rely­ing on the burden, well being, and color.

    Livestock sellers attributed the sharp improve to a number of elements together with excessive value of transporta­tion, veterinary providers.

    Mr Ahmed Kadri, a livestock seller on the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange, revealed that the costs of goats, rams and cows had elevated because of the deprecia­tion of the cedi towards the CFA.
