    The Government Director of Retail and Digital Banking at Entry Financial institution Plc, Pearl Nkrumah, (left) and Antoinette Kwofie, (proper) the Chief Finance Officer and Government Director of MTN Ghana, have been elected as representatives of listed firms on the governing Council of the Ghana Inventory Change (GSE).

    The Government Director of Retail and Digital Banking at Entry Financial institution Plc, Pearl Nkrumah, and the Chief Finance Officer and Government Director of MTN Ghana, Antoinette Kwofie, have been elected as representatives of listed firms on the governing Council of the Ghana Inventory Change (GSE).

    They may each serve from 2025 to 2027 after they’re offered for last approval on the GSE’s upcoming Annual Common Assembly. They may symbolize listed firms on the GSE council.

    A complete of 19 listed firms participated within the election, casting votes for 2 candidates every, leading to 38 votes in complete.

    About Pearl

    Ms Pearl Nkrumah is a consummate banker with almost two and half a long time of multinational banking expertise throughout Africa, Europe and Asia.     About Antoinette

    Mrs Antoinette Kwofie was appointed the first-ever feminine Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of MTN Ghana.

    For over eight years, she served because the Chief Finance Officer for Absa Financial institution from 2013.

    She has served as Finance Enterprise Accomplice, Head of Enterprise Efficiency and Analytics and Monetary Controller after becoming a member of the financial institution in 2007.

    Antoinette is a Chartered International Administration Accountant (CGMA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration Accountants (CIMA), UK.

    Additionally, she is an alumnus of the College of Ghana the place she graduated with a Bachelor of Science diploma in Agricultural Economics.
