    Ghanaian students face eviction from US university by 9 August over $3.6m unpaid scholarship debt

    The Authorities of Ghana is going through mounting criticism following studies that about 185 Ghanaian college students enrolled on the College of Memphis in the USA threat eviction over a $3.6 million unpaid scholarship debt.

    These college students are beneficiaries of a government-sponsored scholarship programme administered by the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat and are pursuing varied tutorial disciplines, together with science, engineering, and business-related programs.

    In line with studies, the College of Memphis has issued a agency deadline of 9 August 2025 for the excellent funds to be made.
