    The Minister for Lands and Pure Assets, Emanuel Armah Kofi Buah says the ministry now has the capability to trace earth-moving gear similar to excavators even earlier than they enter Ghana’s ports.

    Throughout his presentation on the Authorities Accountability Sequence held on the Jubilee Home, the minister, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah, indicated {that a} new digital monitoring system has been launched to observe all imported excavators from the purpose of entry into the nation.

    The initiative, developed in partnership with the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Finance, the Ghana Income Authority (Customs Division), and the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, goals to clamp down on using unregistered and unlawful equipment in mining operations throughout the nation.
