    Atuabo Gas Plant to Shut Down for Maintenance from August 16 to 30

    The Ministry of Vitality and Inexperienced Transition has introduced that the Atuabo Gasoline Processing Plant within the Western Area can be shut down for scheduled upkeep from August 16 to August 30, 2025.

    The Ministry stated it had authorized a request from the Ghana Nationwide Gasoline Firm Ltd. to hold out the upkeep, describing it as important for the continued protected and dependable operation of the plant.

    In a press release, the ministry acknowledged that through the shutdown interval, Ghana Gasoline will briefly cease supplying fuel to permit for crucial works resembling inspections, repairs, and upgrades to key gear and methods.

    The Ministry defined that these actions will assist enhance the plant’s effectivity and total efficiency.

    To make sure the shutdown doesn’t have an effect on energy provide, the Ministry stated it’s working with key gamers within the vitality sector to deploy different gas sources.

    It assured the general public that these measures will assist preserve electrical energy provide secure throughout the nation.
