    GIPC encourages diplomats to champion Ghana’s new investment drive

    Chief Govt Officer of the Ghana Funding Promotion Centre (GIPC), Simon Madjie, has urged diplomatic missions and Improvement Finance Establishments (DFIs) to actively promote Ghana’s funding prospects throughout international markets, traders, and networks.

    He made the enchantment throughout an engagement with the diplomatic group on the centre’s flagship Funding Alternative Mapping Mission (IOMP), which goals to determine and promote viable investments throughout the nation.

    Developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Trade, the Ministry of Meals and Agriculture, and the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), the undertaking seeks to deal with the uneven distribution of investments in Ghana, with 80 p.c at present concentrated within the Larger Accra Area.

    Deputy CEO of the GIPC, Abdul Razak Baba, additionally joined the decision, imploring diplomatic missions to grow to be ‘vocal ambassadors’ for Ghana’s district-level funding potential, share data extensively, and join traders to key platforms such because the Ghana Worldwide Funding Summit (GIIS) slated for 2026.
