    The 2025 West African Senior College Certificates Examination (WASSCE) written papers formally begin immediately, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, with a complete of 461,640 candidates sitting throughout Ghana.

    The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) confirmed that the federal government has launched ample funds to help the conduct of the exams. All depot keepers and examination supplies have been dispatched to their centres to make sure clean operations.
