    NDC Vice Chair withdraws from Tamale Central by-election

    Halid Abdul Rauf, the Nationwide Vice Chairman of the Nationwide Democratic Congress (NDC), has formally withdrawn his candidacy for the Tamale Central parliamentary by-election, simply at some point after acquiring his nomination types.
