Greater than 140 suspended workers of the Ghana Water Firm Restricted (GWCL) are interesting to President Mahama and Chief of Employees Julius Debrah to intervene in what they describe as unfair remedy by the corporate’s new Managing Director, Adam Mutawakilu.
The employees, suspended since February, say the choice has left lots of them homeless, financially distressed, and unable to supply for his or her households.
Chatting with Adom Information, spokesperson Yussif Amuda Adam Gunu stated all inside makes an attempt to hunt redress have been ignored.
“We’re 144 employees members who’ve been suspended. We’ve written letters, made calls, and adopted all processes, however nothing has come out of it. Mr Gunu added that a number of the employees have been evicted from their houses and are struggling to care for his or her kids.

Different suspended employees described the motion as politically motivated and inhumane, regardless of years of devoted service.
