    ‘We should be happy the constitution is working’ – Kwaku Ansa-Asare on dismissal of CJ Torkornoo

    A former Director of the Ghana College of Regulation, Kwaku Ansa-Asare, has acknowledged that the elimination of Chief Justice, Her Ladyship Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo, didn’t breach any constitutional provisions.

    In keeping with him, President John Dramani Mahama acted lawfully, and at no stage within the course of was there proof that the President flouted constitutional guidelines.

    Talking in an interview with Pleasure Information, Mr Ansa-Asare remarked:
