Chaos erupted on the Swedru Municipal Hospital after an Okada rider was confirmed lifeless following a motorbike accident at Agona Nyansakyere within the Agona East District.
The accident occurred when two dashing riders, touring in reverse instructions, collided below poor visibility circumstances as a consequence of an influence outage.
