Mr Samuel Kofi Ahiave Dzamesi, has officially handed over to the newly appointed performing CEO of Bui Energy Authority, Mr Kow Eduakwa Sam, in accordance with a directive from the President.

He holds an MBA in Management Data Methods from the College of Ghana (2004) and a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah College of Science and Know-how (1998).
Moreover, he has earned postgraduate certificates in Project/Funding Appraisal and Threat Administration from Duke College (2012) and Energy System Evaluation from the College of Pennsylvania (2011).
