    A/R: Over 15 armed men storm Bekwai, lock Forestry Commission office over mining clampdown

    Greater than fifteen armed males claiming to be nationwide safety operatives stormed the Bekwai District Workplace of the Forestry Fee within the Ashanti Area, forcibly locking up the ability and halting official operations.

    In keeping with stories from JoyNews, the boys armed with pump-action weapons and different weapons threatened the on-site safety personnel, ejected employees from the premises, and padlocked the workplaces with their very own locks.

    Authorities have vowed to research the matter totally and convey the perpetrators to justice, reinforcing their dedication to defending Ghana’s pure assets and the rule of legislation.
