Prudential Financial institution has been adjudged the Finest Financial institution in Buyer Experience Administration on the 2025 Africa Financial institution 4.0 (West Africa) Awards ceremony held in Accra
Organised by BII World and hosted by ICPS of the HPS Group, the Financial institution was recognised for its stellar efficiency in customer expertise through the years.
The ceremony, noticed Bankers, FinTech operators, regulators and different tech-oriented people throughout West Africa attending.
The newest recognition by BII World makes it the third respected organisation to recognise PBL’s excellence in customer support supply within the final three months.
