The Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation (MoCDTI) has kicked off a significant human useful resource restructuring to align with the President’s broader governance reform agenda.
In an announcement issued on Saturday, February 15, it was revealed that the restructuring is aimed toward enhancing effectivity and effectiveness throughout the Ministry, its companies, and affiliated programmes. In keeping with this purpose, the Minister, Sam George had earlier requested the CVs of all Administrators and senior administration workers, signalling an upcoming management shake-up.
The preliminary section of the restructuring is already in movement, impacting key establishments such because the National Communications Authority (NCA) and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, which operates in partnership with the World Bank. Extra adjustments throughout the Ministry and its companies are anticipated within the coming weeks.
