    CTVET head advocates for competency-based training for TVET institutions

    The Director-Normal of the Fee for Technical and Vocational Training and Coaching (CTVET), Zakaria Sulemana, has reiterated the pressing want for a complete rollout of competency-based coaching throughout TVET establishments in Ghana.

    “Competency-based coaching ensures that learners graduate with sensible, job-ready abilities that meet trade calls for. It’s time we made this the usual throughout all TVET establishments,” Mr. Sulemana emphasised.

    Additionally talking on the occasion was Dr. Eric Kofi Adzroe, Director Normal of the Ghana TVET Service, who made a passionate enchantment to the enterprise neighborhood to help the aspirations of younger entrepreneurs.
