    Ghana International Trade Commission gets new executive secretary; promises to promote local businesses

    The newly appointed Govt Secretary of the Ghana Worldwide Commerce Fee, Mavis Adjei-Kwaa, has assured of initiatives to advertise native industries and assist manufacturing at cheaper charges.

    In accordance with her, offering assist for native industries shall be a part of her key priorities to make sure that there’s honest competitors among the many enterprise neighborhood internally.

    She made the dedication after a brief engagement with the workers of GITC to formally start work as govt secretary.

    “We will do our greatest in step with the mandate of the president to assist our native companies. I’ll work with the Minister for Commerce and Agribusiness to offer some steering to the president on reviewing some taxes so our companies can compete with the worldwide ones successfully,” she instructed journalists.

    The GITC has been on the forefront of the promotion of fair-trade practices amongst native companies and their international counterparts.

    The appointment of its new govt secretary, Mavis Adjei-Kwaa, is a big step in boosting the operations of the Fee since its institution a couple of years in the past.

    In a speech to welcome the brand new Govt Secretary, Head of Analysis and Planning on the GITC, Bernad Manu Afreh assured of ample assist for presidency initiatives geared toward remodeling Ghanaian industries.

    The workforce welcomed Mavis Adjei-Kwaa into the workplace with a tour of some key coverage departments.
