    GOIL senior staff, union express confidence in MD’s leadership

    Mr. Edward Abambire Bawa chatting with some Union members of GOIL

    The Senior Workers Affiliation and Unionized employees of GOIL have reaffirmed their confidence within the management of the corporate’s  Group Chief Govt  Officer and Managing Director, Edward Abambire Bawa.

    At separate conferences held to welcome Mr. Bawa, each the Senior Workers Affiliation and the Staff’ Union pledged their full cooperation and dedication to fostering industrial concord beneath his management.

    The President of the Senior Workers Affiliation, David Osei Bonsu, recounted the historical past of sturdy collaboration between employees and administration and expressed optimism that Mr. Bawa would construct upon this legacy to drive GOIL ahead.

    Mr. Bawa, in response, assured employees of an open-door coverage that prioritises engagement, transparency, and equity.

    He emphasised that the corporate’s future success is deeply rooted in a dedicated workforce and a merit-based reward system that acknowledges arduous work and dedication. 

    Mr Bawa additionally tasked employees to foster-teamwork and reinforce unity, to reinforce productiveness and reposition GOIL as a market chief.

    The native chairman of the GOIL Staff’ Union, Mac-Jordan Macbeth Norgbe, reaffirmed the union’s help for Mr. Bawa, underscoring their shared dedication to the corporate’s progress.

    He assured the MD of the employees’ dedication to advancing GOIL’s company targets.

    Key administration members attended the conferences, together with Millicent Ocquaye, Head of Administration and Human Assets; Dr. Marcus Dake, Head of Company Affairs; and Robert Kyere, Public Relations Supervisor.
