The Ministry of Finance has issued dedication authorizations for 32 highway infrastructure tasks throughout the nation below the Massive Push Programme.

The announcement was made throughout the 2025 Mid-Yr Fiscal Coverage Evaluation offered to Parliament on Thursday July 24 2025 by the Minister for Finance Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson.

The Massive Push Programme is a blueprint of President John Mahama’s infrastructural growth agenda geared toward remodeling the nation via giant scale investments in roads and different vital sectors.

The most recent authorised highway tasks are anticipated to enhance transportation, open up communities, increase financial actions and create jobs.

The tasks embody the development of a brand new bridge on the Oti River at Dambai; dualization of the Winneba Mankessim and Cape Coast Takoradi roads; rehabilitation of the Wa Han, Techiman Wenchi, Tema Aflao and Ho Kpetoe roads; upgrading of the Tumu Hamile, Akosombo Gyakiti and Oyibi Afienya roads; and building of the Kumasi and Sunyani Outer Ring Roads amongst others.
