Minister of State for Authorities Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has refuted claims that the Hajj Village is being funded by taxpayers’ cash.
He clarified that the power is being constructed by the Ghana Airports Firm Restricted (GACL) with none contributions from public funds.
FACT: The Hajj Village is primarily an Airport Terminal Constructing for test in and pilgrim facilitation owned and being constructed by the Ghana Airport Firm. Not a pesewa of tax payers’ cash concerned.

In a press release shared on X, Mr Kwakye Ofosu reaffirmed the federal government’s place on the challenge, dismissing rumours that taxpayer cash was getting used for its development.
