    Lands Minister sets September 1 deadline for 902 small-scale miners to validate licenses or face revocation

    The Minister for Lands and Pure Assets, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah (MP), has warned that each one small-scale mining license holders who fail to show their legitimacy by 5:00pm on 1st September 2025 may have their licenses completely revoked.

    The directive from the Minister follows a overview of licenses performed by a particular committee tasked with auditing current small-scale mining licenses.
