The Nationwide Communications Authority (NCA) has notified MultiChoice Ghana Restricted of its intention to droop the corporate’s authorisation to function a satellite tv for pc pay tv service in Ghana.
In a press launch issued on Thursday, August 7, 2025, the NCA said that the motion is being taken in accordance with Part 13 of the Digital Communications Act, 2008 (Act 775), following issues over MultiChoice Ghana’s pricing mannequin, which the regulator described as “inimical to the general public curiosity.”
