    The Nalerigu District Court in the North East Region has ordered the remand of Waliu Fazazi, a suspect allegedly concerned in a cell cash theft incident at Bunkpurugu.

    In response to police stories, the incident occurred on April 23, 2025, when Fazazi and his accomplices – who stay at giant – robbed a cell cash vendor of GH₵300,000.

    Investigations revealed that Fazazi had approached the seller below false pretences, claiming he needed to withdraw GH₵15,000, which he stated was a delayed switch from his brother.

    MTN group confirms cybersecurity breach
