    Netherlands Donates Security Scanners to NACOC

    The Netherlands authorities has donated two full-body safety scanners to the Narcotic Management Fee (NACOC) to detect prohibited and hid gadgets and strengthen Ghana’s border safety.

    The tools—a full-body scanner and a baggage scanner—was formally offered to officers in Accra yesterday, reflecting the long-standing cooperation between Ghana and the Netherlands in tackling transnational crime.

    Talking on the presentation, the Minister of Justice and Safety of the Netherlands, Foort Van Oosten, expressed satisfaction within the partnership, stating that the scanners would play a vital position in detecting hid gadgets and enhancing safety checks at Ghana’s entry factors.

    He reportedly mentioned: “We’re very proud, on behalf of the Netherlands, the workforce, the embassy and the Ministry of Justice and Safety, to current these scanners.”
