    The Household Enterprise Hub formally launched NextGen Join, a pioneering initiative designed to equip and unite the subsequent technology of household enterprise leaders.

    The platform gives a protected house and group for rising leaders, siblings, successors, innovators, and advocates of legacy enterprises to construct capability, share information, and put together to steer companies that endure throughout generations.

    The urgency is evident: almost 70% of household companies don’t survive past the founder; and in Africa, the statistics are much more alarming. NextGen Join is a daring response, proving that it’s doable to alter this narrative. The secret is intentional management.

    Founder’s Imaginative and prescient

    “NextGen Join was born out of a conviction that the story of African household companies doesn’t have to finish with the founder. Too many companies disappear as a result of continuity was left to probability, not alternative.
