Ghana Hyperlink Community Providers Ltd., operators of the Built-in Customs Administration System (ICUMS), has assured the general public and stakeholders within the delivery, logistics, and transport sectors that no knowledge was misplaced throughout the non permanent system interruption on October 23, 2024.
In response to issues raised by The Transport Discussion board Ghana LBG, Ghana Hyperlink clarified that the temporary disruption was a part of a scheduled system optimization geared toward enhancing efficiency and knowledge safety, not a system failure or deliberate shutdown.
