A patron of the Avenue Academy, a sports activities and tradition organisation, Nii Boye Abbey, has donated stationery and different studying materials to the academy.
The gesture was to help children of the academy for the brand new tutorial calendar that opens from subsequent week as faculties resume from their third time period breaks.
The gadgets, price GH¢68,000, included 8,000 train books, 1,200 items every of pens, pencils, rulers, 800 mathematical units, 4,000 Word 3 Train books and 4,000 items of erasers.
Making the presentation, Nii Boye Abbey defined that the presentation was his method of celebrating his 61st birthday as patron of the Avenue Academy.
“I’m a patron of this academy who seeks the welfare of road and disadvantaged youngsters.
