THE Ghana Medical and Dental Council (GMDC) has arraigned 41-year-old businessman Ebenezer Sarpong for allegedly presenting himself as a medical physician and practising medication and dentistry with out a legitimate license.
Sarpong, a skilled Doctor Assistant from a personal college in Accra, can also be alleged to have acquired fee for medical providers, contravening the Well being Professions Regulatory Our bodies Act, 2013 (Act 857).
He has pleaded not responsible to fees of willfully and falsely utilizing the title “Dr,” practising medication or dentistry with out registration, and receiving fee for such observe.
