    Prof. Gyampo outlines vision for shippers …assumes office as CEO

    Professor Ransford Edward Gyampo, Chief Govt Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Shippers’ Authority (GSA), has assured stakeholders of his dedication to defending the pursuits of shippers whereas sustaining con­stant engagement with delivery service suppliers to reinforce enterprise development and financial improvement.

    “The Ghana Shippers’ Authority is a key participant in our nation’s financial framework. Whereas our core mandate is to facilitate and defend the pursuits of shippers, we should obtain this by shut collaboration with all stakeholders to construct a resilient and thriving logistics sector,” he said throughout a hand­ing over ceremony held in Accra on Monday.

    He’s a Professor of Political Science and the Founding Di­rector of the Centre for Euro­pean Research on the College of Ghana.

    He holds a PhD in Political Science from the College of Ghana and Tufts College in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

    Through the years, he has males­tored 1000’s of scholars, lots of whom now serve in key positions throughout varied sectors, making use of their information to na­tional improvement.

    Prof. Gyampo has additionally performed a pivotal function in shaping Ghana’s democratic governance.

    Because the Coordinator of the Political Events Programme on the Institute of Financial Affairs (IEA) for a decade, he facilitated high-level engagements with polit­ical celebration leaders, contributing to key nationwide coverage discussions.

    His work led to proposals for constitutional reforms, the pas­sage of the Presidential Transition Act, capacity-building initiatives for political events, and delibera­tions on state funding for political organisations.
