The Meals and Medicine Authority (FDA) has introduced the appointment of Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Manso Opuni as its new Appearing Chief Govt Officer (CEO), efficient Monday, July 14, 2025.
Previous to this appointment, Prof. Opuni served because the Board Chairman of the FDA.
He succeeds Dr. Delese Darko, who has served as CEO since 2017 and was not too long ago appointed because the Director Common of the Africa Medicines Company (AMA).
The FDA has prolonged its warmest congratulations to Prof. Opuni on his appointment and appears ahead to his management in advancing the Authority’s mandate of safeguarding public well being and security.
