    Former CEO of the Nationwide Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has disputed claims by the present Chief Govt of the Driver and Car Licensing Authority (DVLA), Julius Neequaye Kotey, that income progress on the Authority was solely because of his management.
