    SEC grants Ecobank, Stanchart extension to publish 2024 Financial Statements on March 1, 2025

    The Securities and Change Fee (SEC)has granted Normal Chartered Financial institution and Ecobank Ghana an extension to publish their 2024 Monetary Statements later.

    Based on a round by the Ghana Inventory Change, Ecocbank has been given as much as March 1, 2025, to publish its 2024 Audited Monetary Statements.

    Equally, Stanchart has additionally been given the identical time to launch its 2024 Audited Monetary Statements.

    Commenting, Ecobank mentioned it stays dedicated to transparency and regulatory compliance and assures all stakeholders that the Audited Monetary Statements will likely be revealed inside the revised timeline.

    It informed shareholders “We recognize your steady help and understanding of all.”

    Ecobank and Stanchart are among the many best-performing shares on the Ghana Inventory Change.

    While the share worth of Ecobank goes for GH¢6.25, that of Stanchart is promoting at GH¢25.01.
