    Stopping ‘goro boys’ activities will increase armed robbery – DVLA CEO warns

    The Chief Government Officer of the Drivers and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Julius Neequaye Kotey, has introduced an bold plan to formalise the operations of self-acclaimed middlemen, popularly known as ‘goro boys.’

    In accordance with him, all efforts by earlier governments to eradicate these people from the vehicle registration and licensing process have confirmed futile.

    Addressing the scenario in an interview with TV3, Mr Kotey emphasised his dedication to a brand new method to deal with the problem.
