    Sulemana Braimah backs scrapping of by-elections

    Government Director of the Media Basis for West Africa (MFWA), Sulemana Braimah, has referred to as for Ghana to rethink the conduct of parliamentary by-elections.

    Talking on JoyNews’ Newsfile on Saturday, August 30, he argued that political events needs to be allowed to internally substitute Members of Parliament who’re unable to serve their full time period, fairly than forcing the state into expensive and sometimes tense by-elections.
