The Black Satellites scored three targets in three group video games, whereas conceding a single aim.
The group will now lock horns with host nation Egypt, who completed third in Group A.
A win for both facet will imply an automated qualification to the final 4 of the U20 AFCON, which doubles as qualification to the World Cup.
Ghana is but to take part within the U20 World Cup since 2015.
Ghana, who gained the U20 World Cup in 2009, shall be aiming to reclaim their spot amongst the elites in Chile’s match in September.
