The Ghana Police Service has apprehended two suspects concerned within the torture of a 12-year-old boy. The video, which has since gone viral on social media, reveals the helpless sufferer stripped bare by the perpetrators, tied with a nylon rope and hanging from the roof of a constructing.
The assailants then proceeded to topic the boy to extreme lashes earlier than smearing his physique and personal components with what’s believed to be inexperienced pepper, while the sufferer screamed in anguish.
