A pupil of Christian Methodist Senior High School in Weija, Ga South Municipal District, Ghana, has been brutally attacked by his colleagues over an alleged cell phone theft.
A video shared on social media captures a number of male college students assaulting the accused pupil and vandalising property, whereas bystanders scramble for security.
The incident occurred on Thursday, twenty seventh February 2025, when the accused pupil was allegedly attacked, forcing him to flee to a close-by store.
One other section of the video reveals the sufferer with a disfigured face, an injured mouth, and a blood-stained shirt, sitting in a provision store as he narrates his ordeal.

In keeping with his account, he was merely instructed by an unnamed particular person to take the telephone in query on their behalf. Nevertheless, he was later accused of theft by his colleagues.
Stories point out that within the aftermath of the assault, some college students proceeded to vandalise the store and even stabbed a neighborhood member within the eye with a pair of scissors.
Shocked residents, reacting to the incident, condemned the scholars’ violent behaviour, with some questioning whether or not they had been actually college students or landguards.
In response to the escalating violence, a joint army and police crew has taken over the varsity after some neighborhood members started mobilising for retaliation.
