    President John Dramani Mahama has disclosed that Ghana’s import commerce reached over $215 million in 2024.

    Talking on the eighth Africa-Singapore Enterprise Discussion board, the President mentioned commerce between Africa and Singapore grew by 50 % between 2020 and 2024, rising to just about $14 billion.

    He famous that West Africa alone accounted for greater than half of that quantity.

    Mr.Mahama harassed that Africa and Singapore should work collectively as champions of open markets, trusted commerce guidelines, and sensible partnerships that ship jobs, know-how switch, and shared prosperity.

    He described Africa and Asia because the youngest and quickest urbanizing areas on the earth, making them engaging for funding and financial progress.

    The President assured buyers that Africa is “investable” and described Ghana as a dependable gateway to the continent.
